The foul-mouthed funny man has had ShortList in stitches since his star turn in Taekwondo-based comedy The Foot Fist Way in 2006. But it’s only been in recent years that McBride’s unique blend of comedy has hit the big time.

With the second series of the brilliant Eastbound and Down about to land on our shores, we take a look at some of the 33-year-olds career defining moments or, more prosaically, the ones you’ll be quoting back to your mates later on this evening.
