This cliff-riding mountain bike video will frighten the life out of you

“Scaring the shit out of myself makes me giggle.”

That right there, ladies and gentlemen, is type of brass-balled bravery one needs to ride a bicycle along the ridge of a cliff, just inches from a 400ft drop.

The adrenaline junkie behind that YouTube comment, and the man peddling dangerously close to a grisly death, is Nate Hills, a downhill mountain bike pro from Colorado, USA.

Along with his pal Kyle Mears, his nail-biting edit below takes him to the Gold Bar Rim in Utah, and offers viewers a sound piece of advice: “Don’t even think of falling left.”

Thanks Nate, we’ll keep that in mind next time we’re absolutely not doing this.
