Best value Premier League season ticket

There's going to be a shortage of blue and white ticker tape in Manchester at this rate.

In addition to securing their second Premier League title in three seasons, Sunday's victory over West Ham ensured that Manchester City retained the laudable stat of offering the best value season ticket in the country, as calculated by the bargain-seeking minds of VoucherCodes.co.uk.

For the fourth season in a row, the combination of low prices and an enviable home record saw Manchester City fans receive the best pound-to-win return on their season tickets. A £299 season ticket - the cheapest available in the Premier League - bought fans a seat to 17 home wins (that's 90 percent of their home games), witnessing 3.32 goals a game. That's £28.56 per home win, and £7.71 per home goal.

Despite an overall mixed season, Newcastle fans were able to draw comfort from the cheapest pie and a pint in the league - brilliant value at £5.30 - but will have forked out more than any other travelling supporters if they wanted to make it to the away games, clocking up 4,333 miles.

Check out the full table to see how your team fared, and you can see the best value Championship season tickets here.
