For 38 years and counting, bass player and singer Lemmy has led his band Motörhead to worldwide success, selling more than 15 million albums in the process. At the same time, they have influenced countless generations of speed metal, thrash metal, punk and rock bands.

While some members have come and gone, Lemmy has been the constant in the band. He is so cool that according to Dave Grohl, "f**k Elvis and Keith Richards, Lemmy's the king of rock 'n' roll...Lemmy's a living, breathing, drinking and snorting f**king legend. No-one else comes close."
