Sam Smith Unveils Bond Video

samsmith1.jpg

Sam Smith may have smashed straight into the chart at number one on Friday with his new Bond theme, but they've only just got round to releasing the video for it. Come on guys, get yourselves sorted OK?

The video for The Writing's On The Wall is suitably dark and dramatic, featuring Smith emoting in front of some nice buildings in Rome, together with clips of the forthcoming twenty-fourth Bond movie, SPECTRE, due to hit screens on 26 October. The clip was directed by Smith's long-term collaborator Luke Monaghan with, naturally, a portion of a 'romance' scene featuring Bond (Daniel Craig) and Lucia (Monica Bellucci).

The song is, rather surprisingly, the first-ever Bond number one - take a look below the video to find out the stories of ten other famous Bond themes.
