Phoenix & R.Kelly Track Released

The most unlikely collaboration since Wyclef and Tom Jones is here. And it's absolutely brilliant.

Phoenix only announced that their track Trying to be Cool had received a makeover with legendary R&B star R.Kelly a couple of days ago - but it's now landed. It's everything we hoped it would be.

The highlights:

1. Within 12 seconds R Kelly sings "it's the remix"

2. 1:11 "baby girl"

3. 1:31 "cos these are the good times"

4. 2:40 "let this remix get into you"

5. 3:24 "remix, Phoenix, Kells"

Is it as good as the Ignition/1901 mashup that they performed together at Coachella? Watch below and decide.

The track is available to buy here and you can listen below.
