First clip of Chris Martin carpool karaoke (and the best guest yet confirmed)

James Corden's Carpool Karaoke has quickly become something of an institution, as he rides along with famous artists, belting out their hits with nothing more than a Range Rover and a couple of cheap cameras.

It's hard to know who has been the highlight - Stevie Wonder was emotional, Adele hilarious - hell, even Justin Bieber was fun.

Next up in the hotseat is Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, and this preview clip shows what we're in for, with James Corden picking the singer up from the side of the road, hitching a lift to this Sunday's Super Bowl, which will see Coldplay perform the traditional half time show.

Meanwhile, Corden has confirmed that none other than Sir Elton John will be the next guest, in an episode that will air after the Super Bowl and could potentially be the best one yet. If he brings out Can You Feel The Love Tonight we're not sure we'll cope.

The full Chris Martin clip will go out tonight on The Late Late Show with James Corden - stay tuned.
