Check out the exclusive new video for The Charlatans' 'Different Days'

We love a good exclusive here at ShortList – and everything that we like, you like, yeah? Think that’s the way it works, so fingers crossed you’ll enjoy today’s gift. It’s in the form of a video, but also of music – it is the exclusive first play of the video for The Charlatans’ new single ‘Different Days’.

It features Sharon Horgan, who is not a member of the band, but you might recognise as the genius behind top-drawer televisual comedies like Pulling and Catastrophe. It also stars Tim Burgess, who actually is a member of the band, and had this to say about the vid:

"It's a kind of couple of days in the life of The Charlatans – some time hanging in the studio with Sharon Horgan, the day we put together for our album launch and a gig down in Brighton plus a show in an old shoe shop and signing a cake with icing – everyday Charlatansy goings on."

So, without further a-quote, here ya go:

If I was the kind of person who said “vibes”, I would say that this song had some great summer “vibes” to it. Don’t you agree? Please agree with my vibes.
