Hottest women of the Oscars

While the Oscars are admittedly all about acting ability and so on, it's incredibly hard to watch the ceremony without appreciating the aesthetics of the female nominees.

There may be the odd blip (sorry Kathy Bates) but the Academy does have a tendency to favour the more photogenic actresses, not that we're complaining. This year's nominees are no different (hello Natalie Portman, Michelle Williams and Amy Adams) and just in time for the event itself, we've taken a very rewarding trip down memory lane to remember the most attractive women to have graced the Oscars.
