US Cinema Chain Launches Unlimited Interstellar Ticket
17 November 2014

Chances are that you've probably gone to see Interstellar already. Christopher Nolan's sci-fi epic has already made over $300 million worldwide. But, the question is, do you want to see it again? And again? AND AGAIN?

In the US, AMC Theatres has launched a rather unique offer for the film. They are offering superfans the chance to buy an unlimited ticket which would allow them the chance to see the film as many times as they want.

“Christopher Nolan has created a masterpiece that movie fans are saying gets better every time they see it,” according to Elizabeth Frank, executive vice president and chief content and programming officer for AMC Theatres. “The Interstellar Unlimited Ticket gives these fans an opportunity to experience the spectacular cinematography and heart-warming stories as many times as they would like – at any AMC location, any showtime, in any format, including IMAX.”

Fans will also get a commemorative pass in case they're keeping an Interstellar scrapbook or something. Tickets cost between $19.99 (£12.78) to $34.99 (£22.38).

It's the first time such an offer has existed and is surely a smart ploy by Paramount to sneak in some more showings before The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 monopolises multiplexes this week.
