Star Wars rumours. They just keep going.

With little over a month left before The Force Awakens arrives to break every box office record standing, the PR bandwagon is in all-consuming swing. Several of the film's characters have even popped up to flog the wares of Duracell in their new Christmas ad, Battle for Christmas Morning.

"Brilliant, they're selling their souls before they've even made it into the cinema", we scoffed - until we watched it...

That right there is the first glimpse we've had of C-3PO from The Force Awakens, rocking a brand new red arm piece.

Yes, he appeared on the poster - but with his left droid limb conveniently obscured...

Duracell

"So what - Entertainment Weekly showed off his red arm a while ago, that's no big deal?"

Sure, but seeing C-3PO in the metalic flesh isn't the main 'reveal' of this trailer. It's what the little girl, dressed in the guise of Daisy Ridley's Rey that's a big deal.

If this little girl is really cosplaying Rey, this is the clearest indication yet (along with the most recent trailer's voice over) that Rey is rocking some kick-ass Force powers.

Or we could just be getting ahead of ourselves. Let us know what you think.
