Given the influx of young adult adaptations post-Twilight, it's understandable to be a bit unsure about yet another one. But for every Mortal Instruments, there's a Hunger Games.

Hoping to steal some of Katniss's box office clout is The Maze Runner, which impressed with a first trailer back in March and now has a second that impresses even more.

It follows a group of teens who find themselves trapped in a mysterious place called the Glade, where a maze seems like the only way out. But the maze is also full of creatures. So there's that.

We've got high hopes for this one, as have Fox who have already greenlit a sequel.

The Maze Runner hits October 24
