The movie trailer business is an odd affair. There's official trailers, official teasers and now teasers for teasers. Here, though, is the first official trailer for Iron Man 3.

It looks rather good.

It looks VERY good.

Directed by Shane Black (Kiss Kiss Bang Bang) it stars Robert Downey Jr. again as Tony Stark, with Ben Kingsley as Iron Man's arch-nemesis Mandarin and Guy Pearce as geneticist Aldrich Killian, the guy who develops the Extremis virus that will be a central part of the plot. Silly Guy. It opens on May 3rd, 2013.

May the 3rd be with you.
