Best grow yourself a five o'clock shadow and assume a furrowed brow before you attempt to witness the manliness contained herein.

The latest teaser trailer for the Expendables 3 has arrived, providing us a single shot of the gnarled action heroes who'll be wheeled out to blow things up and throw lethal one-liners at each other.

Featuring every actor to have thrown a punch, (Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Randy Couture, Terry Crews, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Wesley Snipes, Antonio Banderas, Mel Gibson, Harrison Ford, Kellan Lutz, Ronda Rousey, Victor Ortiz, Glen Powell and Kelsey Grammer) the third instalment of this loveable franchise sees the Expendables team pitted against one of their founding members, Conrad Stonebanks (Mel Gibson). In order to overcome the threat of Stonebanks, Barney Ross (Stallone) employs a fresh wave of Expendables recruits - younger, fitter and techier.

Prepare yourselves for 50 seconds of macho name dropping.
