New Battleship Trailer

While the slightly warmer weather is always a tell, the increase in trailers about alien invasions is usually a pretty good sign that summer is almost here.

Kicking off the season a little early, Battleship takes one of your favourite childhood games (B6 C4 etc) and launches it on the big screen. From the look of the freshly released trailer, we'd recommend seeing it on the biggest screen you can find.

Pitting a solic team of actors (John Carter's Taylor Kitsch, Liam Neeson, Alexander Skarsgard) and a singer (Rihanna) against a superior alien army, this nautical action adventure looks like it's going to massively deliver on the summer blockbuster goods.

Battleship hits cinemas on April 11th.
