Jurassic Park recut as a nature documentary is superb

2.jpg

We all know Richard Attenborough was brilliant in Jurassic Park, but on the basis of this brilliant video, perhaps his brother David should have been involved too…

From the clever minds at Mashable, and the latest in its Trailer Mixing series (check out Groundhog Day meets Edge of Tomorrow) this latest super-edit manages to turn Spielberg's dino franchise into a rather plausible-looking wildlife documentary.

Love. Struggle. Wonder. Danger (that one isn’t hard to be fair). Uncertainty. Life. An entire spectrum of dinosaur emotions are covered here, though we can't shake the feeling that Dr Alan Grant wouldn't agree with it all.

Even a sixty minute Sunday evening BBC documentary couldn't suppress 65 million years of gut instinct.
