Exclusive Wicker Man: Final Cut trailer

wicker-man-final-cut.jpg

Thanks to Nicolas Cage's legendary bee rant, it's often easy to forget just how chilling the original Wicker Man is.

But a rather unique reminder is about to hit cinemas. "The Final Cut" is a brand new restoration that brings director Robin Hardy's original, previously lost, version of the cult classic back to the big screen.

It means that hardcore fans will be able to see the film in the way it was originally intended, restoring the exact order of events to the way in which Hardy wanted.

We've got an exclusive look at the trailer for the cut which serves as a successful reminder of what scared us so much in the first place.

The Wicker Man: Final Cut hits cinemas on September 27 and Blu-ray/DVD on October 14
