Exclusive nail-biting '71 clip

71.jpg

If you were clever enough to catch the acclaimed prison drama Starred Up this year then you'll have quietly made a note to keep an eye out for rising star Jack O'Connell. The Skins veteran is currently at the top of every casting agent's wish-list and before we see him in Angelina Jolie's Oscar-tipped epic Unbroken, he's got another fearless performance to impress you with.

In the upcoming thriller '71, O'Connell plays a soldier who finds himself accidentally left behind during a riot in Belfast in, you guessed it, 1971. What follows is an incredibly tense battle for survival.

We've got our hands on a suspenseful exclusive clip that gives you an idea of what to expect.

'71 hits cinemas on October 10
