These classic horror posters reimagined with clay are fiendishly good

Aardman Animations have missed a trick. While they were busy winning awards with cutesy films about dogs and sheep, they could have been terrifying our very souls by recreating iconic horror movies in childlike fashion.

That’s exactly what Clay Disarray – pseudonym of artist Lizzie Campbell – has been working, putting together these terrifyingly ace pictures, all made from polymer clay and other bits and pieces.

And as much as we’d like to see these clay versions of The Exorcist, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, and Friday the 13th on CBeebies in the near future, we can’t see it happening.
