Ace new Hobbit poster

After we so hastily dismissed The Hobbit's new movie poster, we're now eating our words like they're chocolate covered pretzels.

Since our bashing yesterday, The Hobbit team has unleashed a masterpiece of a poster. Instead of just a solitary shot of Gandalf, more characters than you can shake a wand at.

It even features Gandalf with the shape-shifter Beorn, who takes the form of a bear - a character which hasn't been seen before.

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey will be out on December 26. The Hobbit: There And Back Again follows on December 13 next year
