Interior design for geeks

Computer furniture
18 April 2011

After we discovered that our boring leather/canvas based trainers could be modified with actual computer equipment, we waited impatiently for another tech-based invention to revolutionise our dreary lives.

Well, it's here.

As well as walking around in microchips, we can now look forward to sitting and spilling our tea all over them. The binary furniture was created by BRC Designs who have meticulously utilised purely computer elements.

From ribbon cables for the cushion covers to hard drive disks which can be spun at will, the chairs and coffee table are great examples of upcycling.

Okay so a lack of comfort may seem like a high price for looking really really cool but we used two reallys so we think it's worth it.
