A one ton giant crocodile that is believed to have attacked three people has been caught after a three week hunt.
The enormous 21ft salt water croc was trapped in a creek in Bunawan, in the Philippines, at the weekend. It is one of the largest crocs ever to be captured alive in the country and it took 100 people to pull it from out of the water where a crane weighted to move it onto a truck. The giant snapper is suspected of killing a fisherman back in July.
Mayor Cox Elorde says that this would turn it "from a threat into an asset" because the croc may now be put into a planned ecotourism park.
